#202 – Denis O’Shea – Founder – Mobile Mentor
Denis discusses how and why we should be going password-less. He talks about the endpoint user experience and how to get that right to maintain balance and not have those users look for ways around security to make their lives easier. He actually found that remote workers are more secure and more vigilante than office space workers. It is best to involve the remote workers when looking to create security policies. They have done a lot of work with healthcare, education, and government. People care 4x more about personal privacy than they do about security policies. Denis talks about how genZ is wired differently than other generations towards cybersecurity, they think more about privacy.
