David shares with us how important networking and building your personal brand is. How he went from 100 connections on Linked In to 13,000 followers and over 400 subscribers to his YouTube channel in 11 months. David talks about how he just jumped in. Even though it may seem daunting but you have to find a focus and go all in for it. You can pivot it later, but really dig in and find a focus to give you a foothold. You don’t necessarily need experience, that is something you get when you throw yourself into something whole heartedly. Servant leadership, and being earnest in your willingness to help is a good way to forward the community. Show up for others and people with show up for you.
