It can be challenging but strategically putting yourself in position to make decisions with that data is the key. Reviewing what you built on a regular basis and continue to take stock and make sure you are set to scale in the future. Make sure you have a tight closed feedback loop. Make sure you are building for scale and change so you aren’t building a tool that will be outdated in the next 12 months.
